We use the information we collect on the site to enhance your visitor experience. Our information is not shared with any parties outside of Juut Salonspa and its designated agents. We make use of Google Analytics for site traffic reporting.
THE PEOPLE THAT ARE GIVEN ACCESS TO THIS INFORMATION
Your personal information is accessible only by designated Juut Salonspa employees including administrative staff. In limited cases, personal information may be visible to our designated web service provider but that information is only related to site functionality. No individual personal information such as appointment bookings, gift card purchases, or other sensitive information is stored on this site or accessible by any third party.
THE SECURITY MEASURES WE HAVE IN PLACE TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
To safeguard your personal information, we have implemented secure page logins and locked user accounts to email addresses so that any attempt to access login information cannot be sent to non-authorized parties.
Pricing and Refund Policy
NO SHOW POLICY
If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay 50% of the base menu price. They will also be required to attach a credit card to their file to book future appointments at Dragonfly Salon.
Clients who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.
To prevent no shows on Saturdays, we require each client who books on a Saturday to provide credit card information and will be subject to pay 50% of their service if they do not show up for their appointment.
Dragonfly Salon does require a 30% deposit (or in some cases a valid credit card on file) in order to secure bookings for groups or for services taking place off-site or out of regular salon hours.
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the pricing and services are correct, sometimes pricing and services may change.
We will gladly adjust any service you receive within two weeks of the original visit. Please call as soon possible to reschedule.
We will return a product for store credit only within 14 days of purchase with a receipt. Make up and brushes may only be returned if unused.
